Sensei Troy Bond is a 9th degree black belt with over 29 years in the martial arts. He opened the Naugatuck branch in the fall of 1997. Under Grandmaters' Thomas and Robert Varasconi he has taught hundreds of people. Sensei Bond is also a top rated competitor in fighting & kata in the New England area.

Currently an Educational Specialist at Family Services of Greater Waterbury Sensei Troy Bond is also a member of the United Ketsugo & Karate Promotional Board. He is a former police officer of the town of Winsted, Connecticut. He is also a public & private security specialist. Head of Security A.M. division Waterbury Adult Education. Former paraprofessional Long River Middle School in Prospect, Connecticut and Woodland High School in Beacon Falls, Connecticut. Sensei Bond is a top rated Martial Arts competitor in kata & fighting. Currently semi retired professional wrestler a.k.a. "The Black Dragon" Troy Bond.

He is a graduate of Charter Oak State College with a B.A. in Liberal Arts. Sensei Troy Bond is the proud father of 3rd degree black belt Sensei Troy Bond Jr. and 2nd degree black belt Sensei Logan Bond, and Jack Bond.
